Held in the location of your choice, the Seaside-Reset retreat program includes a range of activities that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized while the area that surrounds you adds many additional options to enjoy in your spare time, from stunning beaches to local artisan shopsWe are ready to provide you and your group with a restful experience where you will enjoy amazing local food, experience a variety of wellness sessions and still have plenty of time to explore beautiful countryside of PEI or PEC.


Start each day with a nourishing breakfast and gentle movement sessions that are suitable for all levels, allowing you to stretch and awaken your body in a supportive and calming environment.


Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to participate in sessions on nutrition, self-reflexology, and breathwork. These sessions will provide you with practical tools to support your health and wellbeing long after the retreat is over.

Our breathwork and self-reflexology sessions will give you the opportunity to focus on self-care and learn practical techniques for relaxation and stress relief.

Meditation sessions will help you to calm your mind and connect with your inner self, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. You'll also have the chance to experience the peacefulness of the beautiful, natural surroundings of Prince Edward Island with our guided nature walks or explore the are on your own and discover why PEI and PEC are two of the most loved destinations in Canada.

You'll also have time to connect with other guests through interactive food experiences and engaging conversations.  Each day, you'll have plenty of free time to relax or explore the beauty of the region.

Leeanne Yeo is a Registered Dietitian, yoga instructor and nature enthusiast who brings a holistic perspective to health and well being, considering the whole person and the many aspects of life. With a background in health promotion, clinical nutrition and adult education, Leeanne is equipped to address the diverse needs of individuals as they pursue their health goals.

Erin Davis

Erin brings a wealth of experience and variety to our Retreats. Erin combines her background in Education with over fifteen years as a Secondary School Teacher and over a decade of experience leading and practicing yoga, reflexology, meditation and breathwork to deliver engaging and educational workshops in a variety of modalities. Expect to leave her workshops with practical skills and tools to implement in your daily life.
