Over 15 years experience as a registered dietitian in a wide range of settings - from acute care and post secondary teaching to private consulting and community health promotion.  My primary aim is to help people simplify nutrition and understand how to nourish themselves in their pursuit of wellness for longevity, without shame and fear, which is so often a part of our food culture.  

Sessional Lecturer

As a sessional lecturer at the university and community college level, I have taught nutrition principles to nursing students and culinary students, using creative and practical methods to engage adult learners.

Retreat Facilitator

I have organized and led a number of health and wellness retreats for people of all ages and genders.  As a retreat facilitator, I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space for participants to learn, practice, pause and then feel empowered to implement and maintain what they have experienced long after the retreat is over.


I'm Leeanne, a Registered Dietitian and certified yoga teacher based in Prince Edward Island, Canada, a breathtakingly beautiful place where I feel so fortunate to have spent my life, so far.  


As a wellness practitioner with over 15 years of professional experience, I believe physical health is truly only achieved through a holistic approach that considers the many factors that make up a person's life, including mental, social, spiritual and emotional needs.  


Through the retreats I co-create with Erin, I am passionate about providing beautiful, peaceful and comfortable spaces where you can slow down and evaluate what you are seeking in your wellness journey.  I offer practical tools to help you find what works for your wellness goals and provide support before, during and after our retreat time.  


My vision is to make optimal wellness and longevity available to everyone through nourishing food, time in nature, healthy movement, calm minds and meaningful connections.  I look forward to working with you, no matter where you are in your health journey.
